Flight School

For the team member whose goal is to be an Agent or office manager, AL runs an exclusive seminar that teaches his systems and how to implement these systems in any office. Each team member receives personal attention while constructing an individualized, one-page business plan. Team members will be qualified to install AL’s systems, including training co-team members, when they return to their home offices. Topics include using vision boards, servicing customers, presenting policies, selling policies and pivoting. Participants engage in recorded role-playing exercises and critique other participants. These seminars range from one to four days in length. Participants will be accepted only through an application process.
